Hispanic/Latinx Ministries

In the Pacific Northwest Conference, our Hispanic Ministries Committee works to connect with existing local churches, fellowships, and new church starts to lift up the unique needs of Hispanic communities, networking them to grow stronger together. Our work is focused in three major areas: Advocacy, Leadership Development, and the support of Churches & New Church Starts.”

As we continue to work in the Pacific Northwest Conference, we are sensing an emerging vision for collaboration across the Greater Northwest Area shaped by the values of Respect, Love, Community, and Justice.

Our Hispanic Ministries

Below is a list of specific ministries or missions where Hispanic/Latino peoples gather as a faith community or church. It is an incomplete list because it does not even attempt to include all the specific outreach ministries such as food banks, ESL classes, and immigration advocacy.

We know that there are new ministries growing that have not yet come to the awareness of the Conference Hispanic/Latino ministries team. For so much going on that we cannot keep absolutely complete records, we give thanks.
