Edmonds UMC: P/T Family Ministries Specialist

Edmonds UMC is hiring a Family Ministries Specialist. It is a part-time position, reporting to the Director of Youth and Family Ministries.

The Family Ministries Specialist, as a team member, draws our church community closer and provides faith-filled, creative, intergenerational learning and fun opportunities for our children and families. The Assistant must be passionate about embracing anti-racist practices, centering LGBTQIA+ and differently abled children, as they work with the worship team and the congregation to meet spiritual needs and grow disciples in Christ. Kent UMC: P/T Music Leadership – Filling Multiple Positions

Kent United Methodist Church is looking to fill three positions in our music ministry:  Sanctuary Choir Director, Handbell Director, and Worship Band Leader.  If you are an experienced leader with a passion for leading others in one or all of these worship areas, please apply.

Sanctuary Choir Director: This position requires 10-12 hours per week over 10 months. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from September through June, and the choir sings during the Sunday 10:00 am service.

Handbell Director: Our talented handbell choir performs in church about eight times per year including Easter Sunday, and the salary is based on approximately eight hours per week. 

Worship Band Leader: We would like to build a vibrant praise band under the direction of a talented instrumentalist (guitar or piano) who can recruit musicians, select and arrange worship music, and lead congregational singing. This is a year-round position, at every Sunday service.

Bothell UMC: F/T Office Manager

Bothell UMC is seeking to hire a full-time (40 hours per week) Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the church office and church administrative functions, as well as support the ministry areas of the church. The Office Manager plays a key role in facilitating communication, supports staff and ministry leaders, and creates a welcoming presence for all who interact with the church.
