Aldersgate UMC (Bellevue, WA): F/T Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry

Position: Director of Children Youth and Family Ministry
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually depending on experience and education
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
Reports to: Senior Pastor / Staff Parish Relations Committee
Location: Aldersgate UMC, Bellevue, WA

Aldersgate is seeking a welcoming and inclusive Christian interested in becoming our Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministry. Ideally, this individual has a passion for sharing Christ with kids and their families in fun, creative and meaningful ways. This person is responsible for implementing faith-based programs for children and youth, communicating and building relationships with parents, and training and directing volunteers. This charismatic individual is able to reach out and connect with people within the church, at Aldersgate Christian Preschool, and throughout the surrounding community. Knowledge of marketing and social media is important.
