Bishop Grant Hagiya announces his intent to appoint Paul Ortiz as the pastor of Create Commons, a new church plant in Tacoma, effective July 1, 2016.
Paul currently is a certified candidate in the Northern Illinois Conference and will be graduating from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity Degree in May.
