Rev. Kathy Neary, a United Methodist pastor who served congregations across the Pacific Northwest Conference, passed away on April 17, 2026. A gifted intellectual who brought both scientific rigor and deep faith to her ministry, she most recently served as transitional ministry developer, helping small churches navigate their next step. A Service of Death and Resurrection will be held April 25 at Vancouver First UMC.
