Bothell UMC: F/T Director of Children and Youth Ministries

Bothell UMC is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Director of Children and Youth Ministries. The successful candidate will be responsible for the spiritual development and well-being of young people from birth through grade 12.

The Director:

• designs, implements, and evaluates engaging, age-appropriate programs that nurture faith, build community, and reflect the inclusive values of Bothell UMC,
• is responsible for developing and maintaining a vision for vibrant, inclusive programming that integrates children and youth into the full life of the church,
• partners with clergy, staff, and ministry committees to coordinate intergenerational worship, service, and community events,
• supports families and volunteers in the nurturing of spiritual development and well-being of children and youth.
