Materials posted on this page are provided to support the work of the members of the Pacific Northwest Annual Conference as they meet for a Special Online Session on October 29, 2025. The session was called by Bishop Cedrick Bridgeforth to consider the 2026 annual conference budget, introduce the Shared Administrative Services Team and structure, and receive updates on legislation passed at PNWAC25 (as needed). Please plan to download and print items in advance if you want to have paper copies of these resources.

• Documents, including the proposed conference budget, are expected to be available here on or before October 8, 2025.
• Meeting links and Voter IDs will be sent out on or just before October 28 in preparation for the Special Session.
• Registration for the special session closes on October 10, 2025. Late registration is available from October 11 to October 23 with a $25 fee.
• Non-members who are interested in attending are invited to watch the livestream on this webpage.
• A Q&A Opportunity has been scheduled for October 15 at 6 p.m. on Zoom.
