Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Evangeline “Vangie” Rand as Pastor of Oroville United Methodist Church in Oroville, Washington and Tonasket Community Church (UCC) in Tonasket, WA, beginning July 1, 2017.
Rev. Rand last served as Associate Pastor at Haller Lake United Methodist Church.
