Bishop Grant Hagiya announces his intention to appoint the Rev. David Bell as the pastor of Wilbur Memorial United Methodist Church in White Swan, WA, effective July 1, 2016.
Rev. Bell is ordained in the Disciples of Christ and is presently Executive Director of the Yakima Christian Mission.
