Dear Friends,
To my surprise, I was joined in full committee by nine others in voting on the petitions to restrict the use of church funds. We still lost but I had friends in my sinking boat.
But continuing my surprise, I was supported by many in defeating the petitions that would insert unworkable language in the personnel policies of the General church and Annual Conference.
Now for the afternoon…
