Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Casey Banks as Pastor of Newberg First United Methodist Church in Newberg, Oregon, effective July 1, 2020.
Rev. Banks is currently serving as Associate Pastor at Bothell United Methodist Church.
