Join Erin Baldwin Day, fitness and nutrition coach and licensed local pastor from Anchorage, Alaska for an interactive workshop devoted entirely to smart physical fitness strategies for clergy. You’ll dive into the following topics:
-our emotional and spiritual relationship to food
-how personality impacts our workout habits
-simple nutrition planning & food preparation
-smart eating on the go
-physical fitness in the era of Zoom and smartphones
-boundary-setting for lifelong wellness

Erin brings a decade of fitness, mobility, and nutrition coaching experience to this workshop. Her current and former clients include college athletes, busy professionals, youth athletes, postpartum moms, and physical therapists. She holds a CrossFit L2 certification, as well as specializations in gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, mobility, and rehabilitative/therapeutic fitness programming.
