Rev. Jan Bolerjack <\/strong><\/a>is the pastor of Riverton Park United Methodist Church in Tukwila, where her congregation offers temporary housing and resources, including a foodbank, to new immigrants as well as longtime community members. Reverend Bolerjack will provide us with an update on their community foodbank and their ministry serving new immigrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer Article for the SeaTac President<\/strong><\/summary>\n

You are invited to the SeaTac District United Women in Faith Annual Gathering to be held Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Kent United Methodist Church<\/strong>. Our gathering will begin at 9:30 a.m. with registration, and the program is set for 10 a.m. to noon. This will be followed by a catered lunch from Olive Garden Restaurant. The cost is $15 per person for the event and the meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope you will include this fun and friendly gathering in your plans for September. We will welcome Rev. Jan Bolerjack from Riverton Park UMC to update us on their mission of housing and supporting immigrants in the Seattle area. We hope you will also consider bringing something to share for the church pantry or clothing banks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
