Hello to all who are reading and sharing this information. I\u2019m Stell Wallace, your conference Vice President. I\u2019m from the Seven Rivers district, and my unit is based in Ellensburg, where I serve as co-president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As Vice President, I oversee program planning, with a particular emphasis on the Annual Gathering for our conference. I also work with the district vice presidents as they do their work at that level. If the conference president requests help, I\u2019m there, or if she is unable to attend a meeting, I\u2019m there in her stead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Supporting mission is what we are about in this organization. As stated in our purpose and mission statement\u2026 it is who we are. That said, I am always looking for ways I can promote information and opportunities. When planning events, there is a designated area for exhibits showcasing those we support or with whom we work in conjunction. Our National Mission Institutions are represented, including Global Ministries, ADA (Disabilities) ministries, deaconesses & home missioners, and prayer shawl ministries, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a conference officer and former national officer, I frequently speak at other events and always promote our Digital UWF and website, where you can find a wealth of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As you see in this edition of the Sharing Line, our Annual Gathering for our conference United Women in Faith is this October in Bellevue.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n This is a celebration about us: what we have accomplished over the past year and carrying the celebration of the Assembly, our quadrennial international event, to the Pacific Northwest. Together with all our conferences in the US, we make a tremendous impact on programs and projects in our communities, districts, our conference, and around the world. Come and learn. Come and meet others who are part of this organization. This event is part of the Leadership Development we promise to provide <\/em>YOU<\/em><\/strong>.
