Puyallup UMC: P/T Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our staff team. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and skilled in tracking and recording expenditures, transfers of funds, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Primary duties will include recording all transaction expenditures & revenue; Producing financial reports (i.e. budget to actual, balance sheets, profit & loss); maintaining accurate general ledger & designated accounts; fact-checking accounting data; creating payroll and filing all payroll-related taxes; preparing & distribute all W2s and end of year reconciliations; tracking all savings account CDs; and notifying treasurer, supervisor, and pastor of any errors.
Compensation: $22 per hour; Paid Time Off;
Work Schedule: 5-10 hours/week. Work schedule to be self-determined in coordination with Lead Pastor.
