PNW Conference (Des Moines, WA): F/T Accountant Position

The Pacific Northwest Conference of The United Methodist Church is welcoming applications for the position of Accountant. The Accountant performs financial processes, including accounting, policies, and procedures, and provides accurate and timely data, reporting and analysis for a multi-entity organization with combined operating budgets of $7 million, $35 million in invested assets and $15 million in annual cash flow.

The Compensation and Benefits Package: The salary range is $55,000 to $64,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance (medical, behavioral health, wellness, dental and vision), life and disability insurance, employer contribution of up to 10% to a 403 (b) retirement plan, generous paid time off (vacation and sick) and paid holidays.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with flexible hours Monday – Friday. The work arrangement is onsite for the first 3 months with the option for a hybrid onsite and remote work arrangement after completion of training. The job is located in Des Moines, Washington.
