The Peace with Justice program supports programs and projects with a mission of building shalom.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals are welcome from local United Methodist churches, ecumenical bodies, or private non-profit organizations.  Innovative, creative projects promoting community, national, world peace, or addressing civil liberties or social justice issues will be given priority.  <\/p>\n<p>Funding is limited &#8211; so requests should be for $1,000 or less. <\/p>\n<p><!--more Visit The PNW News Blog to find out how to apply!--><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nApplications should include numbered responses on one page answering the following:<\/p>\n<p>1.\tName of organization<\/p>\n<p>2.\tReligious institution (Private or Non-Profit?)<\/p>\n<p>3.\tSummary of organization\u2019s purpose, history and current programs<\/p>\n<p>4.\tSummary of need for project<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHave you received a Peace with Justice Grant(s) previously?
