Kathy Morse<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Continuing\u00a0Education for Clergy Online<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Some clergy are finding that their plans for continuing education this year have been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.\u00a0However, several programs are offering online options free or at a reduced cost.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, the annual Festival of Homiletics has moved online this year with free access to every session and speaker.\u00a0 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.festivalofhomiletics.com\/register\/\" target=\"_blank\">You can register on their website<\/a>. Pendle Hill has a wide variety of greatly reduced online classes, lectures, and series.\u00a0 For more information go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pendlehill.org\/\">https:\/\/pendlehill.org\/<\/a>.\u00a0Other online options may be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sfranklin@pnwumc.org\">sfranklin@pnwumc.org<\/a>\u00a0and will be listed on the Board of Ordained Ministry page of the PNW website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Boundary Training<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>I also wanted to share a reminder that all persons under appointment need to complete boundary training for the quadrennium that ends this June. The online option through the Lewis Center is still available for $25 (the conference pays the other half of the course fee).\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lewisonlinelearning.org\/CourseInfo\/10004\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a> to enroll in the basic course, <em>Understanding Clergy Sexual Ethics<\/em>, or <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lewisonlinelearning.org\/CourseInfo\/10000\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a>\u00a0to enroll in the advanced course, <em>Maintaining Boundaries in a Digital Age<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Rev.
