At Annual Conference last June, the Board of Ordained Ministry recommended that a Clergy Spouse Wellness Task Force explore how to support clergy families.<\/p>\n<p>A group of four spouses has formed, but we have no way to reach out to you\u2014there is no spouse directory\u2014<b>so we need you to reach out to us!<\/b> We\u2019re asking two things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pastors,<\/b> please share this email with your partner\/spouse!<\/li>\n<li><b>Partners\/Spouses<\/b>, please email us so we know who you are!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once we\u2019re in touch, we plan to get your input into what our work should focus on.<\/p>\n<h4>What we\u2019re looking for<\/h4>\n<p>We want to hear your joys and challenges of being a clergy spouse. What keeps you well, or keeps you from being well? What do you enjoy, and what do you wish you had?<\/p>\n<h4>What we\u2019re <i>NOT<\/i>\u00a0looking for<\/h4>\n<p>We do not want you to give even more time to a committee (unless you want to!).<br \/>\nNo\u2014we\u2019re asking you what would help you thrive as the partner\/spouse of a pastor.<\/p>\n<h4>What you can do now (or soon)<\/h4>\n<p><b>Contact Us! <\/b>If you want to know more or have an idea, email or call any of the spouses listed below. We will hold in confidence anything that you share with us.<\/p>\n<p><b>Join Us! <\/b>We connect by email and semi-regular teleconferences.
