Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Norman Feliciano as an Associate Pastor at First United Methodist Church of Canada in Burnaby, British Columbia to launch a new faith community for new people in Squamish, BC beginning July 1, 2018.
Rev. Feliciano is an ordained elder from the Middle Philippines Annual Conference.
