Bishop Elaine JW Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Mark Randall (retired) as Interim Pastor of First United Methodist Church in Vancouver, Washington, beginning January 14, 2019. Rev. Randall will serve for the rest of the appointment year.
Rev. Randall last served Battle Ground United Methodist Church as an interim for nine months in the 2015-2016 appointment year.
