Basic Lay Servant Course

Are you interested in the Lay Servant Ministries program? Then the upcoming, ALL NEW “Basic Course” is for you! Lay Servants perform a variety of roles ranging from ministry in their local congregation, all the way to serving as a Certified Lay Minister. And it all begins here!
Who: Anyone interested in becoming a Lay Servant. This course also serves as the “refresher course” for present Local Church Lay Servants, and is recommended for ALL Lay Servants. However, this course does not qualify as an “Advanced Course” for those seeking Certified Lay Speaker status.
Date & Time: Friday, November 15, 6-9pm, Saturday, November 16, 9am-4pm
Location: Queen Anne United Methodist Church
Cost: The course is $30, payable in advance by check mailed to the district office.
