DESCRIPTION:You and a team from your congregation are invited to attend a one-day training session for Messy Church which we are offering at Federal Way UMC on August 25 from 9am – 3pm. In case you aren’t sure what Messy Church is\, here are some important points: \n\nMessy Church is a way of being church for families involving fun\nMessy Church is a church (not a craft club) that helps people encounter God\nMessy Church is Christ-centered\, for all ages\, and emphasizes creativity\, hospitality\, and celebration\n\nMessy Church usually meets once a month and is designed for those who won’t necessarily come to a traditional worship service. Several churches in the PNW Annual Conference already offer Messy Church\, and they have had good results! For more information\, please visit this website: https://www.messychurch.org.uk/ \nRoberta Egli\, regional director for Messy Church\, will be present to lead the training.
