DESCRIPTION:In July 2018\, young people from different social\, economic\, cultural\, political\, and even theological backgrounds will come together in Johannesburg\, South Africa to share their stories with one another at the Global Young People’s Convocation (GYPC). \nThe GYPC is the global event for United Methodist young people. Applications to be a part of the Western Jurisdiction Delegation have been extended to October 6th. Scholarships\, based on need\, will be available for voting members. \nEach Jurisdiction or Central Conference is entitled to send voting members to the GYPC: five Youth\, five Young Adults\, and two Adult Workers.
