This event is intended for all the laity of our churches\, members and leaders alike. With the leadership of Steve Ross\, we will be discussing that to be fruitful we need to be faithful in aligning an outward calling from the church with an inward calling of God. He will help us figure out what talents we bring to the table? \nWhat is God calling you to do\, in your church and in your life?  \nSteve Ross has served as a United Methodist Pastor and District Superintendent in the Oregon/Idaho conference and since 2012 he has been the Director of the Vital Church Project. His book Leadership and Organization for Fruitful Congregations is being used by many churches in the Northwest to think about a simpler and more effective approach to church governance.
