DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling stressed out\, discouraged\, and in need of ideas on building coping strategies? The stress of clergy life is all too familiar\, and this past year with coronavirus changing everything about how we do ministry has made it worse than ever. In this workshop\, we will explore the common sources of stress and how it can lead to feelings of depression and potentially burnout unless we adopt better coping mechanisms.
