Welcome to the Annual Conference 2020 website!

Registration is now open!

The regular 2020 session of the Pacific Northwest Annual Conference will meet remotely online Thursday, September 17, from 3:30-5:30 and 7-9 p.m. PT. Please hold this date on your calendar.

The Annual Conference will focus its time upon the “essential business” of the Annual Conference as determined by Bishop Stanovsky in consultation with conference leadership. The adoption of a conference budget for 2021 will be part of this work.

Known clergy and lay members of the annual conference received registration information on August 3, 2020. The session will be livestreamed for guests with more details to be announced — no registration will be necessary to watch as a guest.

Guests of the Conference DO NOT need to register to access the livestream.

About Annual Conference

In case this is your first time encountering the Annual Conference, ¶ 601 of The United Methodist Book of Discipline defines "the purpose of the annual conference is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by equipping its local churches for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church; all to the glory of God."

While much of our connectional work happens throughout the course of the calendar year, this important meeting in the life of the PNWAC helps us to remember where we've been, reorient ourselves to each other, and set a course moving into the future together; all to the glory of God!
