Come explore the dynamics of the small church – also known as a family-sized church - and strategies for increasing satisfaction and growth. Led by Rev. Dr. Doug Anderson, Executive Director of the Bishop Rueben Job Center for Leadership Development, participants will work with key issues involved in small church ministry
