Bishop Elaine J.W. Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Heather Sparkman as Pastor of Oakville United Methodist Church in Oakville, Washington beginning July 1, 2017.
Rev. Sparkman will also continue in her current appointment to Rochester United Methodist Church.
