Directions:
From the North:
- Take I-5 South to Exit 151 (S 200 St/Military Rd.)
- Turn left at Military Rd S.
- Turn Right at S 216th St.
- Follow S. 216th Street to 11 Avenue South (Wesley Homes Health Care Center is on your right and the Des Moines Library is on your left).
- Make a right turn into theWesley Home Health Care Center
- Continue straight back even after the stop sign, and follow the large green signs to the Conference Ofce parking area.
From the South:
- Take I-5 North to Exit 149B to Des Moines, this is the WA-516 W Exit.
- Merge onto S Kent-Des Moines Rd.
- Turn Right
at Pacic Hwy S.
- Turn Left onto S 216th St (Bartell’s Drug Store on same side of street).
- Follow S. 216th Street to 11 Avenue South (Wesley Homes Health Care Center is on your right and the Des Moines Library is on your left).
- Make a
right turn into theWesley Home Health Care Center
- Continue
straight back even after the stop sign, and follow the large
green signs to the Conference Ofce parking area.
