Certified Lay Minister – Cycle A: Intermediate Preaching

The Certified Lay Minister (CLM) program is a two-year training cycle that includes an introduction to Ministry Overview course and four intermediate courses.  This program is available for all lay persons within the United Methodist Church.  However, those interested in pursuing CLM designation must follow the process outlined by your District Committee on Ministry in conjunction with paragraph 271 of the 2013 Book of Discipline.
